SIWC – An Exceptional Writers Conference in B.C.
I’m back from a wonderful holiday in the Maritimes. I’ll post more about that later, but today, I’m off to work at the Surrey International Writers Conference, held Oct. 19-22, at the Sheraton Hotel in Surrey, British Columbia. A great event with bestselling authors, agents, and editors from the USA and Canada sharing their expertise through workshops, panels, and discussions. This is my fifth time at this conference, which attracts well over 500 attendees. So much wonderful information on the craft of writing and how to market what you’ve written.
This year, I’ll be part of a multi-author Book Signing, showcasing all the wonderful presenters and their books. While there is a charge for the conference, the book fair is free and open to the public on Saturday, October 21, 5-7 pm at the Sheraton Guilford Hotel, 15269-104 Ave., Surrey, B.C. This fair attracts readers from all over Greater Vancouver and beyond. Hope to see you there.
