Snow has blanketed our Campbell River community. It’s so fresh and pure. It’s what I try to achieve in my writing, but it’s not an easy task. I queried an agent two days ago, thinking my submission was as polished as it could be, until I re-visited it. I was appalled to find a glaring error in the first paragraph. Writing isn’t for sissies. Your own mistakes keep hitting you in the face. I guess that’s where good editors are worth their weight in gold. They make good writers look better.
